God I'm hungry. There's a leg of lamb in the oven and the smell is driving me nuts. I may have to gnaw my own arm off in a minute.

My tenosynovitis is getting much better, thanks for caring. Hence I am typing this to you all.

Spent a great day in Bristol last week with the lovely Abbie, Marie Louise and Hannah doing a party. Waves to Patrick and Michael and....the guy in the nice blue shirt. Sorry I'm bad with names lol.

There then followed an unfortunate incident in a Bristol casino involving me, my potty mouth, many double Southern Comforts, a pile of chips (gambling not fried silly!) a bottle of champagne and the manager. I would really rather not talk about it. And if you were unfortunate enough to be staying in rented apartments in Bristol that night and were woken at 5am by someone ringing the wrong buzzer trying to gain entry - I'm very very sorry.

On a lighter note, Abbie is coming to visit me on July 21st so get in quick if you want to see her, either solo or with me. What a lovely kind lady she is. Unlike some I could mention.
